Can You Remember?

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

So what’s up in your part of the world? It’s getting rather
chilly up this way. The weather is looking and feeling more
wintry every day. The trees have begun changing for falls
arrival. Today is supposed to be a high of 57F and cloudy.
It’s supposed to rain off and on throughout the week hehe
as usual. Yeppers, summer has left the room. Brian my
neighbor has been busy moving, being he’s gotta be gone
before the 30th. I hope the new neighbors are sociable 🙂
I’m sure gonna miss Brian and his wife, yet we will still be
in contact via telephone and Brian told me to get ready to
go fishing agin next year 🙂 Looking forward to it. Well
there ain’t much else going on up here. Oh yea, Oct 2nd
which is next Saturday, Judy and I will be celebrating our
9th wedding anniversary. I’ve got her gifts hidden away
or at least I think they are hehehe. She may have already
found them. No matter hehe she can’t have em until then.
We’re going out to eat Saturday to celebrate after she gets
home from work of course, being she has to work that day
darn it. Nobody said life was supposed to be perfect. Now
onto yet another topic. I got another call of ignorance the
other day when the doctor after seeing my blood results.
She said, “did you know your potassium is real low???”
That was the first thing I told her, plus if she had actually
read my doctors and hospital records that I went to all the
trouble to have faxed to her, she would of known of my
on going health issues. She even argued with me saying
that I must still have part of a colon LOL. I told her NO,
I haven’t got a colon and as a matter of fact I’m missing
a third of my small intestines due to the ulcerative colitis
that almost caused me to bleed to death. I don’t want
to get into that, but the fact is, if she doesn’t get on the
ball and take care of my hip of which I came in there
about, I am ceasing her as my doctor. What’s the use.
That’s my life. I guess I shouldn’t of expected different.
This is Maine LOL. OK, off of my bickers now hehehe.
Judy and I are still playing our farming games. I’m now
at level 119. Now being that they have moved the final
score to 135, I have more work to do hehe. Hey I do
enjoy it. It keeps me from going completely bonkers.
I still do Farmville, but prefer FarmTown being there
is much more to do, plus they gave options of buying
more farms with farm coins or farm cash. I’m building
my farm coins up so I can enlarge some of my farms.
I’ve saved up 63 million coins so far hehehe. Sure wish
it was real money LOL, Or better yet the farms were
real. I thank God for giving so many ways of dealing
with life. I do often walk outside and snap a few photos.
Judy and I drove to WalMart Thursday and I took a
few pictures out the window as she drove hehe. I might
use a few of those pictures as the stationary as well as
a few that I tool outside yesterday 🙂 I can’t wait till
fall gets here. Judy and I have plans on driving around
and searching for all the fall colors. Maybe the week
after next. In any case, I will continue to take pictures
around our house to keep tabs on the changes. I am so
amazed at how much beauty God gives us to view, yet
so many will insist on not looking. Don’t let sadness
contain your every thought. Of course there will be a
few problems in life. Those problems make the good
times to shine that much brighter. Without sadness
we would not notice the good times as much. In fact
we often overlook the good times due not having a few
downfalls. Can you remember having the flu or just
being real sick and how you felt when it all passed.
Wasn’t it state of ecstasy? I am guessing that it was!
So thank God for the bad times as well as the good
times, for without one the other is just a moment of
time that we might take for granted. I reckon it’s
about time for me to be taking my little virtual walk
back through all that I’ve written here to see if I can
find a good word or phrase that I can use for today’s
brand new title for today’s brand new poem :). And
so it’s away I go to that place of my recollection that
I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE. I believe I found
a good title. Now let’s see what, if anything at all, I
can do with it hehehe. Here goes…….

Can You Remember?

Times ever ember
November, December
brings us the moments of views
Can you remember
all through September
how October came to accrue?
Timeless the ages
move through the pages
written in sometimes detail.
Scenes in the stages
that time engages
display so very well.
Pieces of Heaven
seventy times seven
given to us oh so free.
Seeing a raven
seeking its haven
flying from tree to tree
These things so true
that daily we do
can you remember so clear
as it’s anew
from minutes adieu
what all that we so endear.
Pages are turned
times that we’ve earned
what we’ve not understood.
Bridges are burned
and some are adjourned
what God gives really good.
Don’t be too quick
to seek to depict
what you don’t understand.
You might contradict
the things that afflict
and how God’s holding your hand.

Hehehehe Ok so that’s a little different style. I write many
different styles of poetry, but just happen to have my own
favorite style which I do most often hehe, plus I do enjoy
writing haiku. So I hope something I said made ya think or
at least smile a bit. Well there ain’t much else to tell you
except what I tell ya every week and that is, I wrote some
more poems and haikus. Yeppers 10 more poems with four
of em Christmassy style hehe. It’s getting closer every day.
Also as usual hehehe I wrote 22 more haiku. So ya have
a lot to read 🙂 I’m guessing that Judy will be home from
work soon, so I better wind this up and get started thinking
on what to fix us for dinner hehe. So before I begin my lil
quest for that off switch, I need to wish you a most joyous
week. Remember, Jesus loves you and we do too. Now,
to find that freaking off switch. Hehehe it’s hanging down
like a spider on a spider web. Gotcha, see ya CLICK
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haikus
10 and 22 hehehehe 🙂

Moments View

The winter winds
came blowing through
from the summers
skies of blue
and now fall
brings displays
as the colors
bright arrays.
Scenes transposing
all the sights
are in sequence
days and nights.
With the breezes
that which blow
soon will bring us
Christmas snow.
Times conclusions
will enhance
within winters
song and dance.
The winter winds
will bring a chill
showing on my
windowsill.
Paved as thresholds
swinging door
there’ll be what
I can’t ignore.
Scenes of white snow
oh so true
within my times
moments view.

He Might Answer

In the flavors
of each view
there’s an essence
of God’s hue.
Found in patterns
day and night
are God’s blessings
in the light.
Maybe in the
flavors found
we might miss
their common ground.
God’s Own colors
in detail
might at times
look just like Hell.
It’s our vision
that might view
many minutes
not so true.
Often blessings
from a day
might not seem
what that we pray.
God gives answers
truly seen
that we might not
know what mean.
Let God guide your
days affair
as He answers
every prayer.
He might answer
no for you,
because it might be
wrong to do.
He might answer
no not now,
because you haven’t
yet learned how.

Wonderful Hues

Painting a picture
without any paint
might leave standing
a little bit faint.
Making a lifestyle
out of the past
might just become
a time that’s aghast.
Not looking forward
as you walk on
might misconstrue
your minutes of dawn.
New days of moments
found in our way
give us the chances
we’re needing each day.
So paint your pictures
with many others
and use the sequence
as all the colors.
Colors of morning
then unto night
each with a lifestyle
God would delight.
Don’t let your paintings
become tarnished views.
Let them to display
wonderful hues.

A Second

In but a second
our time flies on by
ticking and ticking
to live and to die.
Many will hurry
while thinking so true
they can continue
until they are through.
In but a second
time will be gone
leaving us viewing
another times dawn.
Often our seconds
and minutes alike
might seem to echo
a mere lightning strike.
Times of confusion
that seem as from Hell
might be a second
we thought to compel.
Not seeing clearly
the status ahead
might leave you standing
with visions of dread.
If we trust Jesus
each second of time
through all confusion
we will find sublime.

Stars of Winter

Found within
the stars of winter
there is time
of which to enter.
Many clouds
may float on by
hiding the stars
up oh so high.
Stars of winter
may be seen
in a midnight
Christmas scene.
Moments wonder
found on cue
might be there
in a sky of blue.
Time will display
front in center
the conclusions
stars of winter.

Past Prayers

Stages of life
are seen as a riddle
with us just standing
right in the middle.
People will stare
at then and before
while not allowing
to be the actor.
Stages of life
might be as a view
found by so many
not to be true.
yet often stages
are often meant
due to them being
truly God sent.
Heaven sent stages
days here and there
are sometimes answers
to our past prayers.

Looking Profusely

In through the window
breezes will blow
sometimes with raindrops
sometimes with snow.
Looking profusely
I see in the breeze
the wind gently blowing
the evergreen trees.
Scenes are now changing
as each day I look
while many times they’re
a little mistook.
Often my vision’s
a little impaired
through all the sunshine
that which has glared.
Yet my window view
still on most days
sees so abundantly
on through the haze.
I see the minutes
changing in time
discerning moments
until wintertime.
Looking profusely
I try to see
sights out my window
so Christmassy.

Jump The Gun

Onwards with thinking
without not a clue
might cause you problems
from here thereunto.
If you are clueless
then ask someone
that might know better
of which to be done.
If you move forwards
not looking back
while you’re not knowing
if you’re on track,
you could find trouble
right there in the end
found in the moment
that you round the bend.
So do your thinking
with maybe someone
before you just maybe
just jump the gun.

Don’t Be Hurried

Inner most feelings
found hidden true
might just confuse
what ones think of you.
All those emotions
hidden so well
might be the cause
of a future of Hell.
Let someone inside
to know how you feel
showing them truly
what’s really real.
Inner most feelings
hidden from sight
might just conclude
to a sad day and night.
Though don’t be hurried
to let someone in.
Let them to earn your
time to begin.

Winter White Views

Tree leaves are blowing
as times bestowing
wintertime’s escalade.
Centered and showing
all that I’m knowing
where soon white snow is laid.
Moments of glory
within winters story
paint us a picture so bright.
Scenes as a dory
in winter seas story
maybe with bright shades of white.
All we remember
of then in December
bring us the winter white views
found in the embers
that comes from November
Christmastime does then enthuse.
Time has awakened
what’s not mistaken
as just a mere memory.
Now has partaken
what winters making
soon much white snow to see.

Haiku
for Sept 25, 2010

Painted without brushstrokes
a picture has no value.
Take time for detail.

Wanting a flower
which blooms only in winter
might need some patience.

Leaving yesterday
before it is yesterday
might ruin today.

A trees leaf that falls
will become as nutrients
to help the tree grow.

Decisions we make
might conclude to bad judgment,
but they must be made.

Standing in the rain
a persons thinking deludes.
Come out of the rain.

Patterns of turnstiles
are entered and then explored
when entered blindly.

Walking with trouble
will surely lead to trouble.
Find a better friend.

Time might be rhythms
with a sequence of changes
that you’re unaware.

Beyond this moment
lives the shadow of the next
awaiting its turn.

In our own heartbeats
are lessons that we have learned
all throughout our lives.

Turns make conclusions
while there might be a surprise
around the corner.

Tempting intentions
might just mislead the venture
with motives astray.

Green leaves turn to brown
with auburn unto yellow
as fall comes to view.

Emotions jungle
is sometimes our clouded thought
with some illusions.

Minutes shall prosper
as time goes ticking ahead,
but many do not see.

Snowflakes will gather
while winter comes into view.
Life will become white.

Longing for true love
could cause you poor sightedness.
Let God guide your heart.

The lessons of time
are made up of our struggles
with a few mistakes.

Blossoms that will bloom
will also give out their seeds
for another day.

Hearing the thunder
does not mean there will be rain.
It means there’s lightning.

Strength in numbers
does not always hold so true
when they’re ignorant.

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

Yes yet another week has passed by hasn’t it hehe. September
is moving at high speed or at least that’s the way is seems to me.
Sad news, I am losing my neighbor Brian. His workman’s comp
never went through and him and his wife are behind on rent. He
said that they will have to move in with his dad. I will surely miss
him. Sure wish we could help, but we have a very limited income.
I hope the next person that moves in will be friendly. At least we
can still phone and maybe he can visit time to time being his dad
lives in Houlton which is only about 8 miles away. Oh well, life
goes on. Ok, it’s onto another topic hehe. Judy got a call from
work this morning at 4:45 as she was fixing to head out to begin
the day and her boss said she didn’t have to be in until 8:00 AM
so hehehe we sat and goofed around on FarmTown. We found
a surprise when we went there. Do ya remember me saying that
sure as the world I get close to the final score they’ll change it 🙂
Well, I was at level 113 and they moved the bloody final score
to 135 LOL and added more stuff as well as yet another farm to
buy with farm coins. I had plenty to buy it and enlarge it to size
20X20 hehehe. Didn’t have enough saved up to enlarge anymore.
Hehehe after I do a few more weeks of planting and harvesting
I should be able to though, but don’t think I will LOL. Too much
freaking trouble. OK so I know many of you couldn’t care less
about that game so it’s onto another subject. The weather up
this way has cooled down immensely. We’ve even had a few
frost warnings LOL. I had to give Judy the defrost spray the
other morning because the windows were frosted over and she
was going to be late for work. I reckon fall is coming soon
and winter is to follow. I am getting excited about coming
down south this coming winter around February. We’ll have
to use our income tax check to help us being Judy will have
to take off 2 weeks without pay. Keep that journey in your
prayers. OK so what else is happening up here? Hmmmm,
ain’t much of nothing different than the previous weeks hehe.
Life in this neck of the woods doesn’t change that much other
than with snow hehehe and I’m sure we shall be seeing that
white stuff soon hehehe. Yes Jimmy I am trying to figure
out how to get some of that white stuff to you also hehehehe.
Who knows hehehe it might just snow this time in your part
of Oregon. It snows in most every other part LOL. Keep the
faith dude HoHoHo. God gives us what we need, but we
often don’t see it through our wants. There’s many times I
can see myself struggling with my wants and not enjoying
what’s before me. Yes, life throws us some curve balls time
to time, but it’s with those surprises that we find growth.
We each one struggle with our humanity in some form or
fashion. It may be a tiny thing, but tiny things can grow
into mountains if we allow them to take seed. I guess it’s time
for me to begin my little venture back through all that I’ve
written here, to my place of recollection to see if I can find
a good word or phrase that I can use for the title for today’s
poem. So it’s away I go to that little place that I like to call
RECOLLECT VILLE. I think I found a good title. Now
let’s see what I can do with it LOL!!! Here goes…..

Struggling

Many struggling
with their choice
and recurring
outwards voice
find their minutes
worn away
while they struggle
with each day.
Struggling onwards
ones might find
times with no more
peace of mind.
If you’re struggling
with your cue
then let Jesus
live in you.
You’ll find peaceful
in your place
while not struggling
with God’s Grace.
Let Him help you
with your choice
and in turn
He’ll give you voice.
Good decisions
in your heart
will then show you
where to start.

Yes, I am writing to myself hehehe. I began that years ago. It’s
how God speaks to me. I hope my rambling as well as the poem
said something to you. If you just found a smile in my writing then
I succeeded 🙂 A smile is good medicine for it fades away frowns.
Hehehe I’m eating a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup right now and it’s
melting faster than I can eat it hehehe. Guess I’m sitting to close
to the radiator heater hehehe. Oh well, need the peanut butter.
It looks like I have told ya about every thing that has gone on up
this ways, so I reckon it’s time for me to be telling ya what I tell
ya every week and that is, I wrote some more poems and haikus.
Yeppers 10 more poems with 3 of em Christmassy style and then
22 haikus for my many haiku lovers out there 🙂 I hope you like
some of them. Now before I begin searching for that off switch
that tends to like to hide from me hehehe I must say farewell
Have a great and joyous week and always remember, Jesus
loves you and we do too. Now to find that off switch so I can
cease and desist my rambling. I believe I see it dangling from
the little chandelier that’s hanging over my head, Gotcha 🙂
See ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haiku
10 and 22 hehehehe 🙂

Goodness of Goal

Within a worry
there is a clue
what that you’re surely
needing to do.
Onslaughts of worry
might need to be
left in the minutes
of our history.
Sometimes our worry
is done then in vain
painting a picture
a little insane.
Within a worry
might be just our pride
taking us on a
worrisome ride.
Don’t let your ego
to take full control,
for it might wither
your goodness of goal.

September Shadows

September shadows
display so true
now in the pictures
of sky oh so blue.
Shadows of minutes
time has endowed
fills up the echoes
with every fine cloud.
September pleasures
found up so high
flow like an ocean
as its own reply.
Portions of flavors
may go to waste
that which our eyesight
looks then in haste,
because we so often
only see clear
September shadows
of our yesteryear.

Wintertime’s Meanings

Wintertime’s threshold
comes in so clear
as it is ending
most every year.
Wintertime’s doorways
open real wide
letting in Christmas
sweetness applied.
Wintertime’s paintings
on a tapestry
bring home the moments
of our history.
Wintertime’s snowfall
comes into view
as every snowflake
falls so anew.
Wintertime’s meanings
lose their delight
when we let Christmastime
fall from our sight.

Minutes of Moments

Little tiny thoughts
from our time to time
might become larger
than their own design.
Thinking of a little
that needs not be done
might become bigger
in seconds to none.
Minutes of moments
lurching ahead
might be a journey
a little misled.
Today in its glory
finds minutes peace,
yet it takes minutes
of time to release.
Little tiny thoughts
of worried times way
can make the moments
found bitter and gray.

Forevermore

Places are searched
for what’s to show
what to do
and how to know.
Curious people
seek to find
places in minutes
of our time to time.
Our history
is painted askew
from our own
time so true.
Curious people
want to see
what that’s changed
both you and me.
It’s curiosity
that often wins
leaving us decades
that timeless begins.
Our conclusions
thought to find
might sometimes
confuse our mind.
Searching for truth
will often lead
many on journeys
finding a weed.
Not seeing clearly
now and before
ones go searching
forevermore.

of books of time

Pages turned

some common ground.
In the pages
turned away
there might show
another day.
Times of vengeance

Pages read

wrong not right.
Don’t let vengeance

Florescent Views

Florescent times
in futures scenes

Florescent views

might be what
our heart adores.
Things remembered
as a sight
might just be

Our Viewpoints

In ones blessings
might be found
one so surely
not so sound.
Due to wanting
other ways
someone’s blessings
fade away.
Don’t let wantings
live inside
so you daily
always thrive.
God gives blessings
daily seen
some beyond
our window screen.
Some are viewed
from others sight
as they see
what’s really right.
For our viewpoints
might be cluttered
with our thoughts
we’ve daily stuttered.
Find the blessings
within you

what you should do.

Haiku
for Sept 18, 2010

Hope is a flower
blossoming with its colors
to welcome the day.

Scenes are well painted
within today’s tapestry
with billows of time.

An anchor let out
might hold you in a bad place.
Learn when to hoist it.

Nobody’s perfect
for we all will make mistakes.
Don’t beat yourself up.

Last is a moment
that first often desires
because of danger.

Right becomes wrongful
when it is done out of place
and in bad timing.

Poor sighted people
might see much better within
through poor sightedness.

Lessons from winter
fall as snowflakes to the ground
as sins are covered.

Jumbled illusions
are sometimes mere fragrances
that we don’t discern.

Weathered from torment
a blade of grass will prosper
as winter subsides.

A pastry tasted
does not give it its flavor.
It only shows signs.

Clinging to someone
could lead to your own despair
if it’s without love.

Thinking profusely
leaves many headaches to find
that sleep could resolve.

On a summers eve
the flowers all strive to bloom
amidst the great heat.

Singling out time
paints a picture remembered
or not yet painted.

One time meets two times
and three times is to follow
if there is no end.

Many have sadness
as roses with prickly thorns
from their yesterdays.

Dimness is acquired
when our inner light’s faded
without Jesus Christ.

The midnight moonlight
makes shadows in the distance
that sometimes mislead.

A place is a place
no matter where it may be
whether good or bad.

Walking with closed eyes
might find you in much trouble.
Open up your eyes.

Fall is arriving
with many short lived colors
to then fall to earth.

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

So, has the hot weather finally begun tapering off down your
ways? It has here! It’s 54F right now and supposed to only get
up to 65F Yeppers, it’s supposed to be like that for the rest of
the week with Wednesdays high of 58F. The weather will most
surely bounce around a bit, but I reckon we have seen the last
of summer for sure LOL. Not that we had much of a summer.
We did have a few hot days, of course maybe not hot for Texas,
but none the less hot for up here in Maine hehehe. The schools
even closed down for half a day due to he heat for 3 days which
I thought was hysterical, being the hot was the mid 90’s hehehe.
They said it was because they didn’t have air conditioners, but
back in the 60’s and early 70’s when I went to school, we didn’t
have AC either. Air conditioners had not been introduced into
our Dallas school back in the 60’s and early 70’s and so we just
opened windows and turned on fans while school continued as
it was scheduled. Of course in Texas they tended to panic and
shut down schools if there was 6 inches to a foot of snow hehehe.
Up here of course if they did that, they would never go to school.
Texas as well as many of the neighboring states down south also
would spend a lot of time closed if they were to close every time
it got hot hehehe and so they deal with it. Of course now days
most of the schools in Texas have air conditioning. So people
adapt to their surroundings. Life does go on. Ok, so what else
is happening up this way? Good question! Judy and I are still
doing our regular scheduled day to day routine. Her job on the
other hand is rather bouncy from one place to the other. I sure
hope they get some good employees hired soon so she can begin
working at the diner with regular hours. Of course when that
does happen hehehe she might miss the bouncing back and forth.
Nothing else to report up this way. I’m finally to level 109 on my
Farm in FarmTown hehehe. Judy is level 96 I think. I have a
sneaky feeling that before I reach the final score of 115, they
will up it once again as they have done so many times in the past.
Hehehe the final score when Judy and I began playing the game
was 34 LOL. Ya see what I mean! Each time we have gotten
close to the final score, it was moved to a higher digit hehehe.
Oh well, we both enjoy playing. I am thinking they are going
to add yet another farm to the game. We both already have 5
farms on FarmTown. There is a place to add another. We’re
just waiting to see if they do LOL. Yes we still play FarmVille
when of course we get the time hehe. So I am reckoning that
you might not want to hear about our loony farming games 🙂
So I will seek to try and find yet another topic hehehe. Back
to the weather. I can’t wait for fall/autumn. Yep that’s when
the colors begin their vibrant dance throughout New England.
Then most assuredly I will begin my little venture for pictures
to record and share. Maybe Judy and I will be able to take a
little drive to search for spectacular colors of nature that God
paints with His brushstrokes of time. Only God can paint the
colors of such in a way that a canvass cannot hold. No photo
can absorb the full depth of God’s paintings. If you live in the
city, then try and take a journey out of it time to time and see
the beauty of the leaves on trees or grass on a hillside. If you
are unable to do so, then take a tour through photography done
by another. I know it will not show you the full beauty, but
it can at least show a portion of it. I always try to publish bits
and pieces of my photography in my stationary. I need to get
on the ball and upload the pictures I’ve taken thus far to my
FaceBook photo collection. I might try to do that real soon!
If ya can’t tell, I love photography! Yep, that is one of the
things that keeps me from losing my mind up here. Without
my camera I would go nuts. I wish though I was able to drive
around and take pictures, but I have to wait for when Judy
is feeling up to it. Hehe heck, I would just get lost anyways!
None the less, I do from time to time get some great pictures
to share. Sometimes it’s just a picture of a mornings dawn.
Yes, God paints some glorious pictures. It’s humanity that
contaminates the views. Let’s all try to save some of God’s
work for others to see. Don’t waste away the environment.
Let God show you what its true beauty can be and become.
Now it’s time for me to hush my hehe preaching and begin
my little journey back through all I’ve written to see if I can
find a good word or phrase that I can use for the title for
today’s brand new poem. So it’s away I go to that place of
my recollection that I like to call RECOLLECT VILLE.
I think I found a good title just a little ways back in my
rambling hehehe. Now let’s see what I can do with it 🙂

Spectacular Colors

Scenes of beauty
found in phase
brushstrokes of time
paint the days.
God unwinds
His ways of color
that is like
not any other.
Spectacular colors
far and wide
are well painted
with God applied.
Scenes of beauty
none compare
ones will tarnish
without care.
Bring again
the colors scenes
added to the
leaves of greens.
Let God paint
the beauty found
into here there
all around.
Spectacular colors
can become
new to see
each setting sun.
Then in dawning
of each day
we’ll see colors
swish and sway.
God’s own paintings
will survive
if we’ll help them
stay alive.

There’s ya a little nature poem. I don’t know about you, but
I sure get ticked off when I see God’s paintings getting ruined
by ones that do not care. He gave us this planet, but so many
just use it as a waste can. I’m not an environmentalist. I just
happen to care. Ok, off of that subject hehehe. It’s 1 PM now
and it is 58F degrees. This is what I call snuggling weather 🙂
During the summer, it’s too humid to even think of snuggling.
Looks like we might get a few rain showers this week. We need
some heavy rains. Our water level is down a few feet and Judy
reminded me that we are on well water and that made me begin
worrying a bit. Oh well, it looks like we are OK. This is a deep
well. Yet it suffices 4 trailer houses. The last time I was on well
water was in Texas back in the late 70’s and it kept running low.
This well seems to be doing just fine. In any case, I am sure God
is taking care of us. I can often feel His Hands of Love caress
me. Oh yea, did you remember that Saturday was 9 11? Yep,
Judy and me were sleeping on the phone to one another or at
least she was hehehe. I was watching the weather channel and
I saw the planes hit the towers September 11 2001 and said, did
you see that. She awoke and said what. Hehehe I forgot she
was in Maine and did not have cable hehehehe. I said a plane
just crashed into one of the twin towers and then a second plane
crashed into it. I descibed it to her on the phone as best I could.
I was sort of wishing I was already in Maine hehe being I had
to fly back to Maine October 1 2001 to marry her and getting
through customs was extremely hard then. It was sort of weird
having a guy with a machinegun or look alike standing over me
as I awaited my flight. Yep, my mom couldn’t even come back
and wait with me as she had before. That 9 11 sure changed
things. Anyways, I made it back to Maine Oct 1 and we got
married Oct 2 2001. She moved to Texas with me for 6 years
and now we are back in Maine where she lived before LOL.
That’s our life in a nutshell hehehehe. Now to begin my little
search for that confounded off switch, but not before I tell
ya what I tell ya every week 🙂 and that is I wrote some more
poems. 10 more poems with 3 of them wintry Christmassy
style poems and 22 more haiku for all of my haiku lovers.
I hope you have a most joyous week. Try and look for the
beauty that God has put all around for us to see. You will
be blessed. Remember, Jesus loves you and we do too.
Now to find that off switch! Found it hiding behind the
cardboard I put in the window to keep the sunshine from
blinding me in the evening. My freaking window faces the
west. See ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems
10 and 22 hehehe:)

Make Your Dreams

Now might seem
just like a dream
or bit of scare
from a nightmare.
Time will move
within its groove
of seconds found
of all around.
Flavors tasted
might be wasted
with a view
a bit askew,
Now might be
a sight to see
while the day
goes on its way.
Yet our choices
turned to voices
can become
a hectic drum.
Beating rhythms
certain isms
making scenes
of withered dreams.
So make sure
your thoughts are pure
with the scopes
of all your hopes.
Make your dreams
as running streams
from here to there
with daily prayer.

Long Cold Winters

Skies above me
seem to show
sometimes signs
of winters snow.
Clouds so fluffy
white and gray
seem to dance
most every day.
Pirouettes seen
in the sky
are the clouds
that dance so high.
With their movement
here to there
they design
what none compare.
Skies of blue
so filled with white
show me winters
day and night.
White snow falling
from the blue
land and paint
each day anew.
Scenes of winter
find their place
painted in
a day with grace.
Long cold winters
nights I see
somehow live here
within me.

Tomorrows Journeys

Inner most feelings
might be deception
needing a little
timeless correction.
Sometimes our view
of inner most thoughts
finds certain journeys
a little bit lost.
Maybe a venture
of some time ago
might be the reason
leading to woe.
Many times anchors
are let out to hold
timeless persuasion
of heartbeats so cold.
Often our judgment
is found in line
with that of hurtful
of our time to time.
Tomorrows journeys
needs to be done
without the burdens
of thens setting sun.

Pages That Turn

Finding a moment
within minutes peace
might need some time
of a little release.
You might be found
with too much to hold
onto the minutes
from moments of old.
Look for the answers
written in age
that were the lessons
timeless on stage.
Seek for conclusions
of moments design
as you grow older
in your special time.
Finding a moment
might disagree
with what’s ahead
from your history.
So let the stages
of pages that turn
be as the minutes
to help you discern.

Joyful Through Minutes

Pictures of Christmas
make their display
even in April
and maybe in May.
Pictures remembered
of which I delight
are of white snow
from day unto night.
Maybe just maybe
cans of white snow
bought from a store
how I used to know.
But of course Christmas
scenes at glance
seem to have snow
to help them enhance.
Lights all blinking
of red, green and blue
give us the pictures
the way that they do.
Even the snow globes
shaken around
seem to awaken
that special sound.
The joy of Christmas
found in today
helps me remember
a wonderful way.
Joyful through minutes
that timeless perceives
I find a smile
with snow on the leaves.
Trees in the distance
all covered with snow
help me remember
those times long ago.

Through Every Turnstile

Many see turnstiles
coming and going,
yet many are not
goodness bestowing.
So many turnstiles
within our view
are not the best thing
for maybe to do.
But of course greed
in moments of gain
make many seek for
turns to attain.
Often the moments
are just a seed
planted in turnstiles
thinking you need.
Take care in times
of turnstiles of rage,
for surely anger
changes the stage.
Let not a turnstile
be from remorse
unless you’re ready
for that moments course.
Let Jesus help you
through every turnstile
and you will find some
good to compile.
Of course you’ll fall
with certain degrees,
but you’ll find strength
in prayer on your knees.

Planes of Time

Planes fly high
up over the trees
seeming as birds
flying with ease.
High in the sky
these planes of time
make a trail
of a cloudlike design.
Signing their name
in the sky of blue,
it seems they make
a magical hue.
Then as the planes
fly off real far
I can still see
their ribbon type star.
Stretched in the skies
as their memories
I see their trail
above the tall trees.

I See The Sun

I see the sun
so brightly today
within my window
as it does display.
It seems as magic
the sunshine I see
as it’s performing
right here before me.
I see the sun
with its special brand
left on each day
with its golden hand.
Streaks of sunshine’s
shimmer and shine
within my window
of now so divine.
I see the sun
as it fades away
when then by evening
it ends the day.

Try Some Believing

Belief is a thing
that many don’t do
when they can’t see
a sight they see through.
Many will doubt
what does not appear
even if truly
it is very clear.
Many closed minds
will just not believe
in what that many
can surely perceive.
Open your mind up
to new ways of sight
and maybe see then
what is truly right.
Believing is seeing
or so many say,
but often many
will doubt anyway.
Try some believing
before you’re with doubt
and you might find then
what life’s all about.

Christmastime Glory

Windows of Christmas
seem sort of glazed
with that of snowfall
I’m so amazed.
It seems the windows
Christmassy view
makes every moment
oh so brand new.
Windows so fragrant
with that incense
coming from Christmas
of times past tense.
Windows recorded
in a design
make their performance
of Christmastime.
Now I see windows
Septembers view
that are of Christmas
soon to come true.
Cool breezes blowing
letting me know
that soon December
will bring much snow
And as I remember
that wonderful day
I know it surely
will come my way.
Christmastime glory
in my windows scene
will be much more than
just but a dream.

Haiku
for Sept 11, 2010

Paving a minute
takes seconds of momentum
without any cease.

Now brings us chances
to rectify yesterday
through much better done.

The last flower blooms
with its own breath of silence
to welcome winter.

Time is a bad path
when it is taken with greed
of what others have.

Bright beams of sunlight
make their way through my window
while providing warmth.

Before flowers grow
they break the soil with passion
to seek for sunlight.

Many trails are blazed
with much anticipation,
but lack of knowledge.

Hearing a heartbeat
does not mean that there is life.
It means there is sound.

In mornings glory
brings pictures of a new day
in through the window.

Heaven is waiting
as we walk here on the Earth
with many choices.

Knowing another
does not mean you know it all.
We each have secrets.

Points of perspective
are determined by lifestyles
and what we decide.

Someone’s empty glass
might be actually full.
The view might evade them.

With summers ending
comes the beginning of fall
as winter concludes.

A breezes passage
has begun with the fragrance
seasoned of morning.

An echo of time
makes its way through the valley
in form of a smile.

Inner most feelings
might elude ones around you,
so let someone know.

Doorways to springtime
are fashioned out of dewdrops
gathered throughout time.

Many have their trials
in form of their delusions
inside of their minds.

A grand blue sunset
with the highlight of some clouds
is God’s Hands at work.

Tomorrows problems
are better taken care of
by seizing today.

Scents are around me
such as flowers all abloom
giving their last breath.

Shores of Trouble

ANIMAL’S GREETINGS

Hello my friends

I hope your September has begun on a good note. The weather
up this ways is beginning to slowly get back to its norm for this
time of year. Hehehe Wednesday through Friday of last week
it got a tad hot, for up here that is. LOL here’s ya a good laugh.
Judy came home from work Wednesday evening and said, “do
you remember me always laughing at Texas closing down their
schools because of an inch or so of snow hehe”? I said yes! She
said “well they closed the schools before noon due to the heat :)”.
She said “they don’t have air conditioners”. I told her that when
I went to school in Dallas back in the 60’s and 70’s they didn’t
have air-conditioning and believe you me, it got hot, but we still
had our regular scheduled school. They just opened windows
and turned on fans LOL. Yeppers even my sister got a laugh
out of that being she is an algebra teacher in Midlothian TX.
Yeppers, that also got a good laugh from her students hehehe.
Ok, so it’s onwards to yet another topic. This passed week
has been a stressful one for Judy and all the employees as they
have finally gotten the new/old Elm Tree Diner opened. They
are still a tad short of employees, so Judy along with some of
the others are having to work at both places off and on. Judy
in the process lost one of her days off last week, but this week
it looks like it’s back to her regular schedule aside from her
having to be at work an hour earlier ever so often. By the way,
did any of you down south of us get hit with Hurricane Earl?
We got a bit of the rain from it, but that’s all. We didn’t even
get that much rain. Just an inch or two. The weather today
is nice and cool with a great breeze a blowing. Our high today
is supposed to be 67F degrees. It’s supposed to begin raining
again around Tuesday and continue the rest of the week off
and on to next weekend as far as my PC weather program can
tell. Of course the weather can change at the drop of a hat 🙂
Only God knows what the weather will actually be hehehehe.
Boy, I’ll tell ya what, I have one heck of a breeze coming in
my window right now. Brrrrrr it’s a tad chilly. It’s 64F right
now at 10:40 AM. I’ve gotta stop here and don some clothes.
This robe ain’t keeping me warm hehehe. LOL I guess I could
close the window, but it’s nice getting some fresh air in the
house. Oh well, ya can always put on more clothes, but you
can just take off so many clothes before people start pointing,
staring and laughing hehehe. Yeppers, life up here is a tad
different than I am used to and I reckon I will never fully get
used to it up here. Hehehe come to think of it, I have met
many Mainers that aren’t used to it :). Judy can’t handle the
cold as well as I can LOL. Go figure. Of course she’s not
really from here. She’s from Connecticut, but even still LOL
Even there they have a lot of snow and cold weather. Oh well,
it just goes to show ya. it don’t matter where you’re from.
You still get cccccold or hot no matter if you’ve lived in it all
your life. Ok so it’s on to yet another topic hehe. My friend
Brian came over 8:30 Friday morning and said “ya wanna
go fishing” I said sure, so we heading out in the boat after
of course me camping out in the restroom for a good while
trying to make it where we could at least enjoy a few minutes
fishing. Ain’t no toilet in the boat LOL. Neither of us caught
anything. Not even a stick hehe. Yet I did take a few more
pictures and videos. I will one day hehehe up load all that
I have taken thus far up to my FaceBook. it seems I always
get busy doing something else and forget hehehe. Hey, I’m
old and I forget. Hehehe I know 54 ain’t old, but my 54 feels
like 94 LOL. Oh well, life goes on 🙂 So back to our fishing.
I got a lot of good pictures this time. Of course I got a lot
of good pictures last time, but this time I think I got a few
things that I missed last time. None the less, I will use a few
to make the stationary for this email, so those of you that
are receiving this via stationary format will see a few of the
pictures. For those of you receiving only the text version,
SORRY hehehe. Let me know if you are not on facebook
and would like to see some of the pictures. I will do my best
then to send em to ya! I have my work cut out for me to
edit out the repeats and blurry pictures that were taken
amidst the rocking speeding boat while trying to take a few
pictures of the scenery that was going passed me while I
was also trying to keep the splashes of water from the bow
of the boat where I was sitting from giving my camera a
bath. It ain’t water proof hehehe. My back and rear end
was wet as the dickens hehehe. I was facing the back of
the boat! It was great just getting out of the house, plus
the boat ride and scenery made it all worth while. I didn’t
care if I didn’t catch anything fish wise hehehe. I caught
a few good pictures. Life is good! Even with the aches
and pains. I reckon it could always be worse. That is one
reason I love to take pictures. It helps me to see passed
the aggravations of time and see what that God has put
before me. We all from time to time will get caught up
into the moments of trouble and overlook the wonders
of beauty that are there all the while. Often the views are
sights we walk passed every day, but due to us being
in our own little world, we will not see what’s painted
on the pictures. Take time today and yet another to see
what God has painted in the surroundings. You might
be surprised at all you have overlooked. For instance
maybe just sit in a chair outside and watch the clouds as
they float overhead and make their designs. You will
most surely find a moments peace within the sky of blue.
I know, sometimes it’s hard to find peace through the
rocky shores of trouble, but it can be found through
prayer. I guess it’s about time for me to begin my little
venture back through all I’ve written here and see if
I can find a good word or phrase that might work for
the title for today’s brand new poem. So it’s away I go
to that little place of my recollection that I like to call
RECOLLECT VILLE. I believe though that I may have
stumbled upon a fairly good title not too far back hehe.
So let’s see what I can do with it 🙂 Here goes nothing!

Shores of Trouble

Seas of patterns
sort of swaying
might turn into
pain displaying.
Within shores
of troubled views
their can be
some better news.
Shores of trouble
found in time
can become
a good design.
Lessons from
those rocky shores
can bring what
right now adores.
Shores of trouble
might be viewed
just a little
misconstrued.
Let God help you
find release
with some shores
of inner peace.

Hehehe so there ya go. It’s a sort of boating poem with a
meaning hehe. I hope you enjoyed my rambling and maybe
even got the meaning of the poem. I know it always helps
me to reread it to myself, being I do what most people call
automatic writing. Yep, the words just come to me and I
write em down or hehehehehe in my case type them down.
Well mister wind is still blowing profusely and the PC room
door slammed to because of the breeze LOL. I had to put
a box with computer stuff in it up against the door to keep
it from slamming again. Well, I guess that’s about all I’ve
got to share with you other than the regular stuff such as
me telling ya about the poems and haikus I wrote this time
around. I wrote once again 10 poems and 22 haikus for ya,
but this morning early I thought, hmmmmm I didn’t write
any Christmas poems and so I wrote one and also sent it
to my good friend Ben in Holland so he could put it on the
Old Fashioned Christmas site. Hehehehehehe by the time
Christmas gets here, I ought to have a ton of Christmas
poetry there to read. 🙂 I might even beat the amount of
poems I’ve done in the past years hehehe. I don’t care.
I ain’t competing against myself, so it don’t matter hehe!
Ok, so now before I begin my rambling mode again and
turn this into a long winded thought hehe, I guess I need
to be searching for that old off switch, but surely not
before I wish you a most wonderful week. Remember,
Jesus loves you and we do too. Now to find that blasted
off switch. I think I see it hanging on for dear life to the
curtains as they blow in the breeze hehehe swoooooosh.
Gotcha, see ya CLICK zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

God bless from Bill and Judy Pearce

Now on with the poems and haikus
10+1 and 22 hehehe 🙂

Deep and Blue

In the waters
deep and blue
I was fishing
there so true.
Seeking from
down deep below
fish to catch
of which to show.
Yet the waters
of that day
did not give
a swishing sway.
All the fish
made me a fool
as they swam
within their school.
I still found
a view so free
that was great
for me to see.
Sights so pretty
all around
were the pictures
that I found.
I saw flavors
different hue
amongst the waters
deep and blue.

Thoughts Endow

Summers minutes
will be gone
soon with coming
winters dawn.
All the segments
we remember
will then be
a burning ember.
Left within
a summers day
memories
will swim and play.
All the hours
then to now
will become
what thoughts endow.
In the minutes
we record
there are blessings
from Our Lord.

far and wide
find the magic
there inside.
Scenes transported
to a day
as remembered
far away.
Every second
ticking true
brings the scenes
of me and you.
Scenes of magic
in design
displays all of
time to time.
Left to right
and front to rear
is remembered
every year,

that we see
might be just

Raindrops Blowing

Through the windows
sights are seen
skies of blue
and leaves of green.
Assorted clouds
from everywhere
float real high
up in the air.
Soon they gather
sights and sound
lightning’s thunder
all around
and my displays
windowpane
pitter-patters
so much rain.
For the moment
I can feel
there upon
my windowsill
raindrops blowing
cooling true
in this house
with me and you.

Some Common Ground

Good and bad
live day to day
in our will
and in our way.
Often goodness
will retire
due to our own
days desire.
Good and bad
in many seen
might be lost
in what they mean.
Our opinions
good and bad
might just be
a different fad.
Many lifestyles
here and there
good and bad
does not compare.
Our own minutes
daily found
might just need
some common ground.

Maybe Laughter

Laughter is good
to heal inside
sometimes when
some bad’s applied.
A little giggle
thereunto
might be best
for you to do.
A little laughter
in a day
can make good
a worsened way.
So if bad times
have displayed
don’t let it be
always made.
Maybe laughter
in recourse
might just be
a greater force.
Let God guide your
every path
as you find
some ways to laugh.

Look For The Lessons

Some see perceptive
while some do not
as they go viewing
all that they’ve got.
Some see the flowers
and some see the weeds
with the perception
of all of their needs.
Some see illusions
and some see so true
fractions of blessings
for me and for you.
Some seek the distance
and some just will stay
in their own misery
day after day.
Some look forwards
while some just look back
at all the times
they fell off track.
Use the memories,
but don’t design
your own perception
from a bad time.
Look for the lessons
of dusk unto dawn,
yet then learn how
you’re to move on.

Use Your Conscience

One might follow
while two ignore
as many others
walk through the door.
One might profit
while two do not
as many others
gain quite a lot.
It might be one
that is not right
that which guides
some others sight.
Don’t let one
to change your view
even if it’s
maybe two.
Use your conscience
as a guide
then make Jesus
as applied.

Might Be Answers

Time might seem
a little fast
come to now
from minutes past.
Yet the time
of frames we see
are the needs
for history.
Times conclusions
then and now
sometimes show us
when and how.
Yet sometimes
the answers laid
are from now
of minutes made.
Then of course
the times ahead
might be answers
in our head.

Now And Today

Playing with time
will surely portray
things we’ll perceive
as useless one day.
Taking for granted
sections displayed
might just become
mistakes we’ve made.
So many people
come and then go
leaving us lessons
for our to and fro.
So don’t just play
with now and agin
because it might cause
your Hell to begin.
Enjoy the moments
but do not just play
with your own life
of a now and today.

New England’s Visions

Septembers breezes
blow in a way
that are reflecting
wintertime’s day.
Septembers mornings
bring into view
seasons of coolness
oh so brand new.
New England’s visions
seen at a glance
seem to entwine me
in its romance.
Septembers shadows
now at a gaze
seem to remind me
of Christmas days.
Times I remember
from Texas soil
now in September
Maine does uncoil.
Christmastime scenes
of temperature wise
seem to be seen
right now by my eyes.
Yet soon will be
sweet Christmas to shine
here in New England
with its design.
White snow a falling
onto the ground
making it look like
Christmas all round.
I’ll seek for sleigh bells
jingling true
here in New England
right here with you.
Yet of course now is
moments September
giving the essence of
Texas December.
So now I dream of
sweet Christmas day
while I go looking
for Santa’s sleigh.

Haiku
for Sept 4, 2010

Storms might be forming
in the lifestyles of many,
but sunshine can shine.

Coolness of raindrops
makes the day so much better
as evening concludes.

Tomorrows standing
at the threshold of today
awaiting its turn.

Similar flowers
bloom of different colors
while called just the same.

Dreaming of Heaven
brings to life magic of time
with no conclusion.

Out through my window
the raindrops fall profusely
and cool off the day.

Selections of time
might be misinterpreted
through our own eyesight.

Now has awakened
bringing then a chance to thrive
as a memory.

Many turns and twist
are the results of lessons
paved within our road.

Jumping to quickly
might cause your own destruction.
Careful how you judge.

In right now is then
paved with the many lessons
we may not have learned.

Within ones lifestyle
is a persons perception
of how that they choose.

Doorways will open
with choices to leave or stay.
Choose your doors wisely.

Planting a seedling
does not guarantee its growth.
It must be watered.

Wintertime’s paintings
are of snow covered hillsides
with presence of dawn.

Trails are laid to blaze
with footprints of tomorrow
sought out from today.

Seeking for guidance
might find you on a journey
through ones ignorance.

Tomorrow’s today
just waiting for its timeframe
to come into view.

Seeing’s believing
or that’s what so many think
when looking at us.

Illusion is life
if it is tainted by views
of misconception.

Within the raindrops
is a life giving blessing
of Heavens design.

Seeing a shadow
in the minute of fearful
might be in your mind.

Inner most feelings
might construct reasons of doubt
without a reason.
